Terms of Service

1. The service

Grail Chest sells digital pack-opening experiences whose outcomes are backed by real physical cards held in our custody. Every pack displays the full card pool and odds before purchase.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a pack.

3. Purchases + buyback

Purchases reserve specific cards at checkout time. If the Stripe session is cancelled or expires, the cards return to the pool. After opening, you have a 10-minute window to accept our buyback offer in exchange for account credit. Buyback is optional — if you don't act, the card stays in your collection.

4. Shipping

Requesting a shipment transfers physical custody of a card from us to the carrier. Delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments beyond the insurance tier you select (available in a future release).

5. Disputes

Any disputes are resolved under the laws of the State of Delaware.
